Wow, I've heard of this movie but I had no idea it was like this.

Fuck yeah. Everything with the skeleton.

Also isn't there some law in China making movies like this illegal because it might encourage people to have stupid beliefs about the supernatural?

Finally got to see this, and yes that goopy skeleton is the best part of the movie. This is kinda like a shitty slobbish slapstick comedy movie with these really potent bursts of "WTF" style gore and special effects shots.

The little t.v. man ghost thing will fuck your shit up if you're not careful while the mahjong ghost puppet will make you wish you never pressed play.

And yes, the film makers got away with this movie because it was a HK film made a decade before reunification.
