I almost subtracted one star for lack of trademark Triumph mockery and insult.

SolRo - 2016-08-15

I'm going to call 'fake' and 'actors' on this, since No True trump supporter would sign the waiver to have their face on TV after getting made fun of.

Xenocide - 2016-08-15

Yes, because Trump supporters are known for their keen analytical skills and ability to consider long-term consequences.

Bort - 2016-08-15

Are they aware they're being made fun of? I'm sure they thought (as everyone does) that their opinions were exceptionally wise and clear-headed, and they didn't imagine that signing the releases meant being laughed at.

Cena_mark - 2016-08-15

These are the same people who thought Colbert was an actual conservative pundit.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2016-08-15

I'd sign the release. Is there anyone here who wouldn't sign the release?
I'd love to be part of a Triumph special, because Triumph is awesome. I'm sure conservatives are no different.

Incidentally, here's the best Hillary Clinton joke from this special:

"Does it offend you that when Goldman Sachs bought Hillary Clinton, they only paid 70 percent of what a male politician would cost?"

Also, did you know "COPS" is now in its 29th season?

EvilHomer - 2016-08-15

I think you first need to define the word "fake". All television bits are edited, of course, and "political humor" (i.e. televised propaganda) is edited more than most. In THAT sense, this segment is definitely fake.

But I don't think we can say for certain that the individuals being held up for ridicule were not Trump supporters, and it certainly is not accurate to say that Trump supporters would never sign waivers to appear on TV. The reasons for doing so are as many and varied as there are Trump supporters themselves - we could get in to some of these reasons if you want, but suffice it for now to say that such reasons do exist.

Binro the Heretic - 2016-08-15

I'm sure a lot of Trump supporters would be in favor of a vaccination/secret chip implantation program for Mexicans.

Or any non-white, non-Christians.

The problem with these specials is that they're too long, They make me laugh so hard that by the last 15 minutes I don't have any more laughter left in me, and I just can't watch anymore. It's like looking at porn after you've come 3 times.

It's great though. Triumph sets up a "DUNK THE MUSLIM" booth outside the convention hall. You HAVE to love that!

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2016-08-15

I'd love to give you another facepalm, Homer.

EvilHomer - 2016-08-15

Keep going on like this, and I'm sure you will.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2016-08-15

Okay that was actually pretty funny. Finally!

Incidentally, I'm sure some people already knew this, but, if you look closely, you can tell that Triumph is actually a puppet.

EvilHomer - 2016-08-15

They all are, but in fairness, at least Triumph is cute.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2016-08-16

Oh my god, the porta potties.

Oh my god, the porta houses.
