There are tons of cats in Istanbul, which is probably the most cat-friendly place I've ever been, so this isn't surprising. They get up on their two back legs and beg for scraps at the outdoor kebab places. It's too adorable.

Now I live in Buenos Aires, which is full of dogs, and I'm NOT A FAN of that aspect of Argentine life.

That cat is the most cat of all.

You might think, "aww, he doesn't know he's on TV or that he's sitting on a high-tech piece of equipment!" But you'd be wrong. Cats actually have complete awareness and understanding of all our human concepts. They're just showing us what they think of them.

MSNBC needs cats. Maybe Rachel Maddow can bring a couple of hers in.
