Good lord, they could have actually edited this into something approaching a documentary style. Instead it was just a jumble of sound and visual effects. Out of 24 minutes there's like 5 minutes of useful information which actually tells the story.

Giving it 3 stars for evil, but I want to give it one for the seizure-inducing editing.
