This is just fucking bizarre. Who watched this and thought "yeah, this was a great take! I especially love the patient motherly tone, looking away from the camera and wandering around the room!"
Yeah, all those bizarre pauses, eyes rolling to 10 o'clock, stammering to find the word she's thinking of. This feels like a first draft for a speech by someone who's never given one. Whoever her campaign paid for this probably needs to be sued.
On the other hand, the makeup artist deserves a raise. He/she is a fucking God of their craft...
Her Jodie Foster approach to camera speak is irritating. That and the stand up sit down, camera pan left, right, get flag in frame or not. Does she really want to be taken seriously?
I have to believe this was shot to be edited down but some idiot campaign staffer thought it shrewd to save a few bucks by posting all the uncut footage in one long rambling online dump.
