I've done a lot of reading on this sort of old-school paranormal research stuff (ITC, EVP, etc.) because I find it interesting, and while I don't really believe all the supernatural claims, the images this technique produces are legitimately cool. I've seen some amazing stuff come out of this including images that really do look like people and such. I've seen ITC experiments where people got split-second frames of images that looked like they could have come straight off TV. It's pretty creepy. If I had the money to spend on a bunch of old-school video equipment, I'd probably do this in my garage just for some cool art project or something.
