It's just a couple of frames, but what I'm talking about is the drawing of angels drinking beer below a big sign that says "heaven" while one of those Illuminati "all-seeing eye" pyramids stares at them out of a TV set.

Also the angels look kind of like Mr. Natural.

And yeah I know it's also "The Eye of Providence" and has been used to represent God by Christians for a lot longer than people have believed in an Illuminati, but I would be shocked if the person who drew it wasn't fully aware of the double meaning. You can tell by the color work.

the story on kxli (from what I remember reading) is that the owner was looking to open in the twin cities, balked at the syndication fees, and decided to open up in nearby st. cloud and built the transmitter between the cities and st cloud, effectively covering the twin cities anyway - the syndicators found out and started charging him twin cities rates anyway, killing the "tv heaven" format and into infomericals, televangelists, and the like

there was also something about his trying to start, or being part of the initiative to start the "minnesota independent television network" with a bunch of other low-tier networks that never really got past the planning phase

as for why minnesota was such fertile ground for weird networks and uhf outfits, i'm not really sure
