This guy seems like a crank, but not not a fun eccentric British crank. More like an unpleasant US-style sovereign citizen crank.
Yes... but usually sovereign citizens lose the argument cause they're crazy - this chap seems to have won the argument (for now, at least) because presumably he may be an unpleasant crank who actually knows the law?
