Did they reuse the Jacob Bluejay puppet from Under The Umbrella Tree?

Under the Umbrella Tree started in 1986, but I wouldn't be surprised if the goose puppets existed before the PSA and/or were later used on shows Noreen Young worked on. You never know when you'll need a filler character for another PSA or an educational show.
