god forbid you pay a union $100 a month out of your $100k salary! how would one survive?!

I'm still not sure if the asswipes spouting off about how tech jobs are too unique to work under unionization are shills for corporations or just really fucking stupid.

'oh no, programming projects are just not long term enough to support a stable workforce' just like individual building projects...that's why there are no construction unions.

'well you know tech workers are just such unique and individual snowflakes of talent that you cant really put them in to groups like factory workers' just like actors, who have diverse abilities, salary ranges and desirability and god knows they could never function as part of a union!

For me it was always just if an employer doesn't give me a benefit package I am happy with I'm off to work for someone who will. If I worked at a place with 1000 programmers and they had a union I wouldn't have a problem with dues ... just never really been in that position.

Like chicks. If I'm not worth staying in town for then move on. That's why I'm single. And why I will die alone and unloved.

I played their Back to the Future game and it was so bad it’s embarrassing. They have a promotional video of Bob Gale talking about how great it is.

I didn't mind the Sam & Max games, and Back to the Future was worth it just to see the characters again with Lloyd and a frighteningly dead on Marty impersonator.

Holy shit though did Telltale nosedive after that. Walking Dead was where it all turned into QTE nonsense and a string of the most forced sophie's choices I've ever seen in a story.

It only got worse after that. At around The Wolf Within (which had jack shit to do with the comic aside from characters with the same name and appearance) they dropped even the smallest of choices. None of the choices mattered anymore and it all railroaded you into the same thing (it just blatantly ignored your choice and went with the predesignated one in a couple spots).

And fuuuuuuuck them for popularizing timed dialog responses again. No mechanic needs to die as hard.

Life is Strange was promising for a bit to drag the genre out of the ditch that Telltale had left it in. The last couple of episodes really jumped the shark though.
