Not even the bondage buttfuck scene?

Nope, this movie is like cinematic dysentery, it just goes right through you and you don't absorb anything.

John Carradine is always memorable.

But yeah, it's merciful that the abject awfulness of this film is so very forgettable.

The wired thing about this movie is that more in common plot wise with the sequel book Myron, especially the whole magic sex change and "it was all a dream" thing.

This format was later ripped off for HBO's "Dream On" Series, which, happily, no one remembers, either.

I forgot Carradine was in it.

The comparisons to Dream On! You know somethings in trouble when you have to use pre-existing clips from well-known sources randomly inserted into the story. The only time that ever actually was done right was one the old Muppet Babies cartoon!

They could do Boom! easily enough, but Myra Breckinridge has way too many problematischer aspects to fly past the Netflix S&P people.

Also, Rex Reed is a void of charisma. It's so bizarre. He's like the opposite of what charisma is.

Rex Reed is like an inside joke but all the people who started the joke are dead but the joke is still around but no one remembers why the joke was funny in the first place.
