Alex Jones has this great "origin" story:
He said when he was in high school, he stood up during a school anti-drug assembly and announced that he had personally witnessed some of the officers delivering the presentation selling drugs to high school students at a party. He was removed from the assembly & taken to the teacher's lounge where the cops beat the Hell out of him in front of the principal. He was told to get out of town or he & his family would be dead. Fearing for their lives, the family packed up and moved away.
And thus began his lifelong passion to expose the truth & protect the little guy from authority gone mad.
Of course the truth is this:
Alex Jones was a weirdo asshole bully in High School. He would often assault people while claiming he was under the influence of "demonic possession." One day, he jumped another kid out of jealousy over a girl. He blind-sided the poor guy and beat him badly enough that he caused a serious brain injury. Alex's dad quickly settled out of court with the other boy's parents and even gave them an informational brochure about how it was immoral to sue people.
A short time later, Alex was invited to a party. Also in attendance where several other guys who wanted to kick his ass. It wasn't long before Alex acted like a dick and a few of the guys took the opportunity to stomp the shit out of him. The resulting humiliation & fear of the assault led the family to relocate.
The moral of the story is that Alex Jones has always been a shitty human being and a liar.
