...I mean, he is literally a child. He's not 18 yet. Losing your job and what seemed like a career when you're a kid is devastating. No one is entitled to success, but I'm not sure why everyone is so happy watching a kid's dreams die.

He's not watching his dreams die, he can still stream any other game he wants and he's getting a ton of free publicity. All the drama channels will be talking about him. All press is good press, as far as the algorythm is concerned.

Eh, I don't think that's actually true. It's the biggest game in the world and there's no guarantee he'd find success elsewhere. It's like saying to a TV actor whose show got canceled "Oh there's other shows and all publicity is good publicity." They lost a job and there's no guarantee they'll be successful again.

But most importantly, he is a kid. I'm not sure why people are taking pleasure at this teenager who lost his job by gloating how pleasurable it is to see people with "the minds of children" get taken down. Also the comments include "learn a real game" and "Watch as I shit on these non-ranking peasants", which if anything sound like what 13 year olds playing Call of Duty would say.

ProJared barely had a downtick in subscribers after he got caught repeatedly sexting minors, and his subscriber numbers were peanuts compared to this kid. PewDiePie almost singlehandedly tanked YouTube's entire monetization scheme with his casual racism. It's pretty tough to ruin a YouTube career permenetly, or even temporarily. I think this kid will be just fine.

This is a clear violation of his right to cheat at fortnite. Won't somebody please think of the children?!

Note: I don't really have an opinion on this kid's banning. If he was a douchebag about his cheating: ban deserved. If he was just screwing around and/or trying to entertain his viewers: ban seems kinda harsh, but he'll prolly be OK based on the publicity this gave him.
