Based on how many sci-fi buzzwords are in the company's name, I'm gonna call this complete bullshit.
It's a thin Fresnel lens that has weird refraction angles. It's great for hiding toy tanks and planes but I can instantly come up with half a dozen issues with trying to use it on a large scale.
