These past weeks have really given me a new understanding of how cops operate. It's not just "bad apples" and the "bad apples" that don't report them. It's actual use of strategy to fuck people over.
They said it was a tactical precaution so the cars could not be used for violence, but if that were remotely true, they could have just cut off a valve stem instead of repeatedly stabbing the sidewalls of all four tires. This is the act of true thugs intent on causing terror and misery to assert their dominance.
I didn’t like the ‘defund’ idea at first. I figured you beed more funds for proper training. Now I’m 100% for defunding, it’s the only way they’ll learn and it’ll mitigate some of the worst of the horror.
