I read that article, and it doesn't say she's full of shit, it says that the nurse being interviewed doesn't have the experience of patients getting mad at nurses and being in denials, and Jodi's comments don't reflect a universal experience. At most she says it's not true that they are literally screaming at nurses as they are being intubated, but that wasn't meant literally in the first place.

I can totally believe overstatement was involved, but I also get frustrated when one person tells a subjective story and some people are like "Ah-hah! Proof!" and then someone else tells a subjective story, and the other people are like "Ah-hah! Debunked!" That's not how it works.
