Let's assume that everything said here is true.
Still, there are lots of reasons for not giving personal information to a stranger calling on the phone. Clearly this attractive young lady met with a crazy person, but I do sympathize with anybody who is reticent to provide personal details and the names of friends and family members to someone on the phone. I mean, google and Facebook already have that data (who you've been in contact with and when), but that doesn't mean that the government should have it.
