Doesn't even glance at kid getting off, which should be undivided attention until you know they're clear. What the fuck else is there to pay attention to while you're at a full stop? Spotting kids in the mirror standing up in their seats? Who gives a shit while you're stopped? Why would you proceed if you're that paranoid about it?

What was the point of the other adult? Have him watch for kids standing up, not the fucking driver.

The shitty security camera could clearly pick up the audio of the kid screaming, clearly coming through glass, clearly different from the screaming on the bus. How did both adults not even glance that way?

I'm actually more pissed at the dude standing there. The driver was still criminally negligent, but the teacher(?) standing there has even less of an excuse. You're there to stare ahead at the road as a non-driver?
