Are there ANY good up and coming young ones?

Mark Normand. Ignore all the nauseating people celebrating him as some anti-woke warrior, he’s just funny. He posts tons of clips of himself on YouTube. It’s a Joe Rohan clip, but there’s also a clip where he tells a ridiculous story about his childhood. Not funny, just kind of amazing.

Moses Storm’s HBO special is mostly good. Conan has heavily supported him, for what it’s worth. There’s a pretty funny environmentalism short he did on Youtube, and some clips from Conan.
