@exy As a lifelong sufferer of every sleep disorder imaginable, including paralysis, I'd say that this is more akin to night terrors. I get up and start running some nights, get tangled in the sheets, wake up when I crash into the bedroom door or floor. I've woken up outside before, and that kind of feels like this shit.
