I don't know why but I am inordinately happy that this got out of the hopper just so Boomer could hopefully see it

Just being able to see any bit of A Dog's Life is great! This was advertised in the TV section of the newspaper at the time and I was anticipating it, but somehow missed viewing it, we must have been on a family trip, or going to visit relatives, being that it was the start of the weekend.

I always wondered what it could have been, and saved the promotion picture of it:

There's a TV blog that once apparently posted the full show and lots of people commented on it, but by the time I got there, the link was dead and I couldn't find the video file. I hadn't thought to check Wayback Machine for that page, hmm.

I always consider 1979 to be my 'Year Of The Dog', because so many cool canine things happened then and I came of age as a pooch. Even Here's Boomer's Christmas special came out that year.
