I've never faulted Charles Schulz or Jim Davis for being "too commercial."
Artists deserve to make a decent living from their art.

Cena_mark - 2022-09-06 At some point the degree of merchandiseling and selling out gets obnoxious. There's a huge difference between a decent living and Jim Davis' 800 million dollar empire. The shady Garfield Eats restaurant shows that Davis has no integrity when it comes to pimping out his creations.
