Dean Weaver, the owner of Dizzy Dean's Donuts and the person who filmed the video, insists he didn't dump a pitcher of water on the homeless woman. He says he dumped it on the fire behind her and didn't get any water on her.
You'd think he would have filmed that part.
I've worked in independently-owned restaurants before and it's been my experience the owners tend to be assholes who come from money.

A: Why the fuck would he record himself doing something like this? Does he jack off to it later?
B: How did the employee get access to his phone? Does he not lock it? Did the employee hack it or did they have his pin?
C: What made the employee "disgruntled" I wonder?
