This disease (also seen in dogs) involves issues with the cerebrum, or the bump of brain tissue behind the spinal cord. That part of the brain involves the fine tuning of muscle movements, so that even the smallest move would turn into a stomp. It is also super cute in animals.

I knew a cat like that. My dyke friend had to physically throw him away to drive her truck, it'd take him forever to run back. One day she forgot to throw him and he got run over.
