Wow.. I seriously didn't now they read off a script right in front of them. Can't the whole live audience see them flipping pages and shouting into their notes?

I remember reading something about eight or nine years ago about how JR Ross wasn't made aware of the actual results of matches before they took place, so that he would actually react to what was going on.
I'd like to think that that's true, and I'd also sorta like to know how Tenay and West could be sure that their lines were being delivered in sync with the actions to which they were ostensibly referring.

Hooper_X - 2007-09-19 Well, they have monitors in the announce table (at least, WWE does) that pretty much broadcast a live picture - you'll note that every time someone gets put through the announcers' table, they go out of their way to remove the monitors.

They're looking into monitors on the announce table. All the script announcers keep in front of them are plugs, promos and lists of segments. Announcers are rarely, if ever, completely aware of everything that is going to happen in a match.

OMG it's fake. Who cares.

Hooper_X - 2007-09-19 Clearly, we don't care that it's fake, dumbass. That's part of the enjoyment.

|
Jingoro - 2007-09-19 Yet you post a video which demonstrates that it's fake. Good job.
