This is one of the moments people tend to point to, when explaining just how bad Howard the Duck was.
I mean, Radioland Murders and other Lucas misfires were also pretty bad but quickly forgotten because they didn't involve this scene or the approximately 100 million duck and bird based puns wedged into every nook and cranny of the script.

I'm glad I saw this as a child because it gave me a glimpse of adult sexual feelings, and it showed me how animals have those feelings too but they're more shy about them but they shouldn't be.
