This was done with layers of housepaint on an old garage door or something. The MPEG artifacting really messes with it, definitely look for the original. You can get it on the "The Billy Nayer Show: The Early Years" DVD which I think also includes the stage show "The Ketchup And Mustard Man".

Gotta correct what Baleen said above. This predates "The Billy Nayer Show" as a band, but this character *is* Billy Nayer. McAbee and Lurie are the core of BNS, so this is kind of like the prequel to the band, I guess.
