A couple of things:

Pride used to have open weight tournaments pretty frequently, so the idea of a guy fighting someone thirty pounds heavier than them isn't all that strange in the world of MMA. And Fulton had even promised not to strike him.

Secondly, that weight is what they weigh in at a day or two earlier. The reason Fulton looks heavier than 200 during the fight is most likely because he cut down hard to 200 to weigh in and then put that weight back on (and it's usually just water weight.)

FINALLY, Fulton even looks injured as he limps down to the cage.

I love the difference in demeanors as they show Bollack and Fulton in their respective corners. While he rookie Bollack dances and mugs, the veteran Fulton just chills like he's taking the train into work.

His face after he hits the ground is just spectacular, you can almost read his mind as he's thinking "Ohshit whatdidIdo whatdidIdo whatdidIdo????"

You KNOW he imagined that first kick was going to be devastating and he was just going to do some splits and have all the ladies in the arena throw their panties into the ring.

Reality did not work out that way for our young fighter. :(

I love the look on Fulton's face as he makes his way out of the ring. It's like he's realizing exactly how little he just accomplished.

Man I feel bad for Fulton, I'd hate to be roped into a fight like this. Pathetic...

That said, fucking hilarious! I demand a rematch!

I bet the doorbell at Fulton's apartment plays the chorus to "Takin' Care of Business."

I like how Fulton sort of walks over as if to offer help and the ref waves him away like YOU'VE DONE ENOUGH

This isn't playing all the way through for me, so I only saw it up to the point where the redheaded guy jumps over the other guy, but with a move that badass, I have no doubt that he won!

This is only one step away from the guy that thought he could yell his opponents to death.

Five stars for the 'is he okay?' look Fulton gives.

No amount of training can substitute for being very large, strong, and indifferent to all stimuli.

Why do they even let TKD guys fight? Fucking Tae Bo is better.

I know shit about MMA but this has been one of my favorite videos for ages. I imagine the big guy goes home to his wife and kids and says "I did somethin' shameful today."

I knew how this was going to end, and yet that didn't stop this from being so enjoyable.

Tae Kwon Do is one of those martial art systems that would really just appreciate it if we could all respect each others Personal Spaces, please.
