If you notice towards the end of the trailer a quick shot of Dent holding a gun while in a car. If you pause it, you'll notice the he's already burned on one side (although it's hidden somewhat) so I guess he's already halfway to Two-Face in this film, rather than it waiting for the third.

Villains always say "the Bat-Man" or "this Bat-Man" but no one else ever does.

(Ledger's Joker really really reminds me of Bill Hicks, for some insane reason)
