The song is about how her lover never wants to leave, presumably because her bedroom skillz are so sweet. She's seducing/helping trap Don to avenge her late fiance. The police are waiting for him down below, so she has to stall him while they get out their highly functional megaphones to tell him he's surrounded like 50,000 times.
