I have been saying "Emotion is always the enemy of true justice, thank you, you've always been a good friend" for years now. Generally when the subject is which bar to go to.
So, the Riddler was superhumanly smart in this movie. And he made this trap so Batman would have to choose only one to save... but he didn't bother to actually calculate the speed and length of decent to figure out if he would be able to catch both.
Or how not to make his ultimate mind-enhancing blender thingie out of a material that wouldn't break by tossing a frisbee at it.
One star because that's as low as ratings go.
One more star because this movie still isn't "Batman & Robin"
I love the crescendo on "because i CHOOSE to be" - what kind of emotion is this moment supposed to inspire? Were we supposed to somehow identify with the conflict of being an insanely wealthy playboy and a guy who dressed in a rubber suit with nipples? What just happened?
