Relative to what we know Germany is capable of, this is hardly WTF worthy. Also I understand it, and the artists themselves are quite aware of the silliness. Interesting to note how effectively the replacement of black Americans with white Germans emphasizes the absurdity of hip-hop culture. So really, more like WTF America.
