1. Economy, Obama will tax businesses out of the U.S. Oh but the unemployed will have such great welfare checks.
2. Energy: We need to drill, it'll take a long ass time to develop alternative fuel. We have oil it works, lets use it.
3. Defense. Obama will let terrorists march right into D.C.
4. Iraq, We spent so much money and lives to get a Hussein out of power. Lets not put another Hussein in power.

1 - God forbid the people who benefit the most from our economy should help pay most of the cost to keep it operating smoothly.

2 - Are you sure the oil companies want to get their hands on that land so they can drill it? Diamond companies own the mining rights for a shit-ton of land all over the world, but they don't dig on it. They hold it so other people can't dig up the diamonds thus keeping the price of diamonds high. Oil companies already hold leases on a lot of land that they aren't drilling on. Do you think it's wise to keep giving more to them? If we subsidize alternative energy research, solar, wind & hydroelectric power will become dirt cheap. What's better, THEY DON'T RUN OUT. There is only a finite amount of oil.

3 - You know, Bush wanted an arab-owned company to take over our port security.
