Yeah, he really fucked up by giving us incomparable growth in both the economy and jobs, and a constant downward trend in crime. Anyhow, his mistakes were way less severe than, say, Reagan's or Bush Jr's.
He did as good a job as possible with that Republican Legislative anchor shackled to his sack.
