Oh shit..I have seen this movie and it is AWESOME.

Here's the deal. THis weird, playboy dude lives in this castle that has a basement filled with cats. He has this igor-esque servant, too. IN the daytime, he gets all dressed up 70s dapper-man style and goes out IN A HELICOPTER and buzzes the homes and backyards of women. The women, obviously attracted and made extra horny by the presence of the helicopter leave their laundry or whatever and hitch a ride back to his castle where he murders them, cuts their head off to keep in glass jars, and feeds their bodies to his cats.

It's amazing.

I wonder if anyone ever took them up on the burial insurance.
