Cockney's dying out, it's being replaced by a new accent/dialect known as "Jafaican"... there's a fair bit of linguistic research being done on it. It's pretty interesting.
I helpfully submitted an actual example of drunken cockney comedy just to rebut this shit. "Oi! Armstrong! NO!" Thats the way it's done mate.
