That's his talent. He'll get Nazis, porn stars, gansta rappers, UFO kooks etc to open up, and you learn a hell of a lot about them then. You see their logic, and it's usually a very different story when you see their logic. He uses being a naive, mild wimp as a mirror to people, and he really does care about them. HE cares enough that it's kind of depressing.

I know and love Louis, but still. I really liked that documentary he did about I think San Quentin. And I think he was the one who did the one about assisted suicide which was really good.

I'm not arguing, Louis managed to get his real motivation out of him. And he did it passively, which is impressive. Louis isn't trolling either, he gets people to open up by being a decent, mild person himself.

Breeding them to hunt them is noble because they'd be extinct otherwise due to hunting... ouch my head hurts.

Knowing Louie Theroux, it is. He's a weak-stomached wimp in one way, but his morals are strong. This is him being tough. Keep in mind that his kneejerk disgust brought out the honesty in the man, and he may not show it here but Theroux seriously considers the arguments that his subjects make, and can be swayed if they are good ones.

He's a passive-aggressive hero.

Every vegetarian I know who is worth listening to says that if you MUST eat meat, you should kill it yourself. They know that wouldn't make anyone eat MORE meat.
