It's from a wonderful 80s gem of crap called "RAPPIN'", in the same vein as BREAKIN'. The casts of all movies should have to do this for the credits of all movies.
This is star-studded. Usually when I hear people say "Rap? Anyone could do that", I imagine them sounding like all of these people.
