Yes. They're tricky to clean, but absolutely delicious. Their flesh isn't as dry and tough as most fish can get. They're kin to parrotfish and triggerfish. They use those teeth to crack open barnacles and other shellfish.
Sad fact: Sheepshead Bay in Brooklyn is named after this fish, where it used to be plentiful, but it is now functionally extinct.
