Sadly, that doesn't appear to be an option. I can't find a good digital copy anywhere online under any of its variant spellings or alternate title ("Abhay"), and there are no R1 DVDs available. All I've been able to find out about are a shitty DVD from a borderline bootleg company (that was pressed in a bad batch where about 99% of the discs freeze and can't be advanced past 90 minutes) and another semi-bootleg in the original Tamil that censors scenes of drug use and violence.
