A great Herzog movie, and a great tribute to the original Nosferatu. It also fits into the Eruo-horror of the 70's, which critics usually don't pick up on. If you liked this, check out some Jean Rollin movies, like Requiem for a Vampire. (I can't submit the trailers/clips because they're pretty much all nsfw.)

Fantastic writing but the little groan and expression at the end makes me think of a kids in the hall sketch.

I love Herzog.

Also, I don't really enjoy the original Nosferatu. I appreciate some of its technical feats, but as far as story-telling goes, there are other films from that time (and before) that I find more interesting.

The Herzog version is amazing, though.

She's better looking, but no less scary.
