That's how children eat tabbouleh. An adult wants some big hunks of parsley, maybe some lemon wedges. I gave this four stars because I've been eating it since I was weaned in Saudi and the song was catchy, but I can't shake the feeling that this video is really racist.

The guy's Arab. He's taking light hearted jabs at his own culture. I doubt this is a reflection of how he really sees the Middle East. He's just having fun. If Borat can do it, I feel like he has license.

Any video that mentions tabbouleh isn't nearly as racist as it could be.

95% positive this guy is of Arab ancestry. Don't get me wrong: he's playing a character–the accent isn't real. But his name is "Remy" and he features another Arab-American comedian on his Myspace page.
