I'd be willing to bet money on the energy drink viral ad idea.

Dicknuts - 2009-06-19 Almost immediately after the penetration of the arrow the pressure inside the brain would have equalized, causing the arrow to eject and a geyser of blood to issue forth. The volume alone would have been enough for the small child just off camera to be made deaf, leading to a strained relationship with his father whom he later finds out adopted him when his biological father's skull was crushed at the bottom of a mine shaft by an energy drink carelessly dropped by someone topside.
Withholding stars until I find out the draw weight the bow was set at.

I can only give three stars at this point. Working in a level 1 trauma center in the E.D., I can only wonder if this is fake. Then again the video cut right at the end. Having said that I've seen plenty of head wounds including some caused by a machete, needless to say the video would have to run just a bit longer to tell if it were real.
Also if the tension on the bow was not strong enough it could slide off the skull and lodge under the skin, or penetrate the skull partially thus not killing the subject.
Either way stoopid trick.
