After about two minutes he will get angry and perform his 'doughy pinwheel' attack. If it misses you, he will spill unceremoniously to the floor. At this point you have to rapidly press the 'jab' button and pummel him with blows before he gets back up.

I'm pretty sure Pat Smith knows how to do an armbar. If you're beating the guy's head in already there's little incentive to risk losing position and having Butterbean on top of you.
It's great to see the Beaner try for kick moves even though his full extension is only about 5 inches from his center of gravity
He just uses his "become sweaty blob of unyielding fat" move at the end.
