It isn't. He has forced/trained himself to sound like that over years and years because he thinks it gives him the voice of a dubbed anime character and, thus, he will be able to get jobs doing voices for anime. (not noting, of course, that voice actors DO VOICES and don't actually sound like Bugs Bunny or Spongebob in actuality)

tamago - yep, he's from Glasgow specifically. It's very easy to believe it might be some kind of Youtube troll, but I know a guy who attends the 'Glasgow anime club' mentioned in this guy's ED page; this is definitely how he talks all the time.

Well, my point was that all signs point to that he wasn't born with a voice like this and it's not his REAL voice. Instead, he's trained himself to use this voice because IT SOUNDS LIKE ANIMU or some shit.
