I always liked this movie, I don't care what anybody says.

chumbucket - 2009-09-23

Agreed, I found it highly entertaining despite the idiocy.

Louis Armstrong - 2009-09-23

The idiocy was what made this. I mean c'mon, the need to pay a toll as you head down the road on a stretcher? classic

StanleyPain - 2009-09-23

Count me in as well.

fpeeingg - 2009-09-23

Yes, one of my favorites

Riskbreaker - 2009-09-23

Agreed, this is a fun camp-fest, hollywood usually takes itself to seriously with this kind of movies. Either that or their idea of humor is token black guys and fart jokes. Any movie that has Sandra Bernhard as a villain is truly doing something right.

Old_Zircon - 2009-09-24

Oh, I think the movie's great, but you can't deny that it's trying so hard to be WaCkY that it hurts to watch. I get a kind of masochistic pleasure out of it,though.

Old_Zircon - 2009-09-24

This scene is easily the best.

grimcity - 2010-09-29

I saw this when it first hit the theater with my girlfriend and a buddy at the time... we were the only three in the theater, and I was the only one that loved this flick.

Kabbage - 2012-10-21

oh god I watched this today

why did I ever listen to any of you

this movie was brutal

Nikon - 2009-09-23

That's not the way to get ahead in life.

zatojones - 2009-09-23

ZING!

phalsebob - 2009-09-23

See, this is why Willis is a superior action star. He goes the extra mile with his one liners. Schwarzenegger would have just said 'Don't lose your head' or 'Hats off to you'. Willis provides not only a place, but a time that he has screwed up for the villain. Huzzah!

Jeff Fries - 2009-09-23

It makes him sound like an aspie. AND I SEE THAT THERE IS AN EVENT ON YOUR CALENDER THAT THIS COULD PREVENT YOU FROM ATTENDING HA HA

Meatsack Jones - 2010-01-02

I don't sound like that...much.

Caminante Nocturno - 2009-09-23

But he's the emcee!

Cleaner82 - 2009-09-23

Hat convention? Really?

Camonk - 2009-09-24

Dude, hat conventions are nuuuuuts.

IrishWhiskey - 2010-12-10

SUMMER IS NOT THE OPTIMAL TIME FOR HAT CONVENTIONS!

CornOnTheCabre - 2009-09-23

i laughed

Frank Rizzo - 2009-09-23

I liked this movei!

the "swing upon a star" seen was classic, as a matter fact im submitting it!

1394 - 2009-09-23

One of my favorite movie quotes of all time.

Comatose2 - 2009-09-23

This movie gave me a hardon for nuns. Specifically Andie MacDowell as a nun. Also Julie Andrews.

Mother Superior from the Blues Brothers, not so much, though I did like the cut of her jib.

Jet Bin Fever - 2009-09-25

I await the Hudson Hawk fanfic that expands on the Hat Convention backstory.

kingofthenothing - 2010-02-22

alright - after Bruce Willis received the Quickening, and things blew up and there was sweet lightning and special effects all around, Andie Mcwhat'sherface decided the beheaded man could go to the hat convention after all, as hat models are always in short supply, and she just so happened to know a good taxidermist. The End.

FABIO - 2010-03-20

Bruce Willis never really stopped being David from Moonlighting.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-09-14

Sadly, they never stopped offering Bruce Willis buckets of money for being David from Moonlighting. Bruce Willis was excellent in Pulp Fiction, and given the chance to star in a REALLY GREAT action movie, he shined. (I refer, of course, to Diehard, and probably also to Diehard 2, which I only saw once. Didn't see any of the other ones. In fact, I'm not sure how many there have been.)

Nicholas Cage is an action star that can do serious drama, e.g. Leaving Las Vegas. Willis's curse is that he is indeed "a superior action star", but superior action movies are few and far between. He's probably been the best thing in a bunch of movies I never would think of seeing, including this one.

Kabbage - 2012-10-21

I hear tell Looper is Willis at his best in years.
