I think Apple is just bragging that -- just by slapping a picture of fruit and a trendy case on computers -- they can get people to pay about twice as much for hardware you can buy elsewhere and pay for a BSD-based OS, the near equivalent of which, you could download for free. It's like an end-zone touchdown dance that lasts a full minute.
