I was just coming to post this. 5 for feel good story of the year. Also fat lazy American children crying about how they don't have air conditioning and how "scool sux" need to watch this and shut the fuck up.

If this guy had done that, we would have dropped million worth of bombs on his village.
Welp, now I feel like a dismal failure.
Is it me, or does that feel a bit like taking a talented primitivist from BFN who won a prize for a painting to the Louvre, and saying "yeah, but look at THIS!" I hope it inspired him, though. The stars are for him accomplishing something real.

I'd rather have a lathe and a pile of metal rods than a trip to NYC. I wonder if this guy feels the same way. I know I'm missing the point.
