Richmond - 2009-10-24 Oh, balls, you're right. I jumped the gun. Turns out Americans do attainder totally differently. In Canada as long as the penalty or legal instrument isn't criminal in substance, there's no prospectivity requirement in passing targeted civil laws --- you can attack certain firms or industries as much as you want. We do it to the tobacco companies with some frequency. (BC v. Imperial Tobacco)

Paul Broun is the congressman from my district. Ive met him a number of times. hes at least as big of a douche in person as he is on tv. Even the conservative paper here in town hates his ass. Grayson and Franklin in 2016.

I voted because I saw the possibility that we could actually shut off the flow of cash to contractors who have cheated the taxpayers and hurt the troops.
