I remember a VHS called "America's Weirdest Videos" that had at least 20 fucking minutes of people torturing this guy. It was pretty amusing until they started taping up his head with mailing tape and spray painting him gold... then it just got highly disturbing.

Also, it featured a Japanese lady shitting into a bowl and some old Japanese man eating it with chopsticks.

I got this from an underground (read, bootleg) video store in Tampa. It's a small part of a longer video (30 minutes? An hour? It's been a while) that features this family doing general fuckheaded redneck things. Trick cigars being used on the guy in the trucker hat, ATV foolishness, jerking off the family dog in front of a bediapered toddler...it was a worthwhile purchase.
